In 2015, we were appointed to re-establish ZUMA’s leadership as one of Hong Kong’s most prestigious restaurants and bars, pioneering new trends. The key was to emphasise ZUMA as both a global brand, and an iconic Hong Kong hot spot at Landmark, attracting new guests.

Showcase bold and innovative new dishes and drinks while creating talking points around the ZUMA experience.

Developed messaging and storylines that highlighted why ZUMA is renowned for its quality and sophistication.

Localise
Highlight dishes and drinks that are exclusive to the Hong Kong location. Take part in local industry events such as Taste of Hong Kong and in regional award ceremonies such as Best Bar Awards.

Partnerships
Activated successful campaigns such as 2016 Art Week, Ten-goo Tuna, ZUMA x Zacapa and Louis Roederer Cristal to attract the target audience.

Engage
Personally host target media to experience the premium and seasonal ingredients on the a la carte menu and at the bar.

Curate local content for the ZUMA Hong Kong Facebook page.
