With both in-house and agency experience, Zongzong brings a unified approach to achieving the communications and business goals of her clients. She has worked with global PR agencies and brands that span sectors, including government initiatives, property, and consumer lifestyle products and services. She also led 0-1 brand building for a popular e-commerce platform and oversaw its crisis management strategy.
Zongzong has a strategic mindset and prides herself on being one-step ahead at all times, thanks to her proactivity and always-on approach to communications. She is a team player and builds strong, long-term relationships, whether that’s with her colleagues, clients, media or influencers.
Zongzong holds an MA in Applied Psychology from East China Normal University and a Luxury Management exchange programme from Emlyon Business School in France. She speaks fluent Mandarin, English and basic German.
