Dedicated, goal-oriented, and meticulous, Karena believes that creativity and data are the key ingredients to making the ‘impossible’ possible. Karena’s process begins by evaluating her clients’ needs and develops a personalised digital and social media strategy that will enable them to meet their business and communication objectives. She proactively implements innovative digital techniques that enhance her clients brand image whilst effectively conveying key messages. In spite of the fast-changing digital marketing landscape, clients can rest assured that Karena is fully across the latest trends.

Prior to joining Sinclair, Karena worked in digital marketing, specialising in the management of social media content and online advertising. She also focused on local and regional strategies for brands across FMCG, skincare, travel and retail. She helped various clients connect with worldwide audiences, widening their global outreach.

Karena graduated from Curtin University in Australia with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising. She is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
