Sinclair Comms has been appointed by Robert Parker Wine Advocate to lead an integrated PR campaign for their collaborative programme of dining events with the prestigious MICHELIN guide. The MICHELIN guide Hong Kong Macau Dining Series will allow the cities’ discerning foodies the opportunity to savour menus by MICHELIN-recognised culinary luminaries and world-class sommeliers.
The 2017 programme kicked off at the end of February with Chef Jie Ming Jian of two-starred Shanghai restaurant Canton 8. Upcoming highlights include local hero Umberto Bombana, whose refined Italian fare has seen his 8 ½ Otto e mezzo bestowed with three coveted stars in the Hong Kong guide each year since 2011, and Yoshinori Ishii who will be flying out from London’s Umu to plate up an exclusive menu of his acclaimed Japanese dishes.
