Pirata Group and Sinclair further strengthen partnership with launch of two new restaurant concepts

Pirata Group and Sinclair Comms have further strengthened their partnership with launch of two new restaurant concepts.

New to Lyndhurst Terrace, TokyoLima is a late-night dining room and bar the brings the bold flavours of Nikkei cuisine to Hong Kong in a buzzy, izakaya-style setting. Helmed by Peruvian chef Arturo Melendez, the restaurant also features daring cocktails by mixologist Isabella Vannoni and one of the city’s most extensive sake libraries.

In Wan Chai’s tranquil St Francis Yard, Pici is plating up fresh, hand-pulled pasta, made on-site daily. The no-fuss, down-to-earth pasta bar represents a slice of authentic Italy in one of the city’s best-kept neighbourhood secrets, and keeps in line with the Pirata Group ethos of generous portions, value for money and no service charge.

With both restaurant concepts already the talk of the town, Sinclair’s integrated PR strategies will ensure that they remain at the forefront of Asia’s dynamic dining scene.
