New à la carte at Mott 32
The restaurant’s new à la carte menu is a testament to culinary innovation, marrying the rich heritage of Chinese cuisine with a contemporary flair. Featuring new signature dishes, starters, and desserts, this menu invites diners to embark on an epicurean adventure. Among the highlights are the Black Cod Dumpling with Miso, a delicate fusion of black cod and umami-rich miso, and the Baked Alaskan Crab Leg, a succulent masterpiece crowned with creamy pumpkin and nostalgic salted egg sauce.
The à la carte menu boasts an array of signature dishes that are sure to tantalise the taste buds. The Flaming Leopard Coral Garoupa uses sharp and fragrant Moutai to elevate the tender fish to extraordinary heights. Kung Pao South Australian Lobster is a seafood reinterpretation of classic Szechuan dish, offering a blend of spicy, sweet, peppery and nutty. Yunnan Wild Mushroom Feast
For one exclusive night on 19 September, Mott 32 is celebrating the culinary heritage of Yunnan mushrooms with a unique seasonal menu. Chef Lee Man-Sing has meticulously crafted this limited-run menu to showcase the versatility of Yunnan mushrooms. Guests will be treated to an exquisite collection of wild mushrooms, paired with renowned yellow wines and mushroom-inspired cocktails.
The Yunnan Wild Mushroom Feast menu features an array of delectable dishes, including Crispy Vegan Bird’s Nest with Parisian Oscietre Caviar, Tossed Bamboo Fungus with Fresh Lily Bulbs and Goji Berry, and Fresh Abalone with Matsutake and Bamboo Pith Soup in Whole Coconut.
