Luxury living: Cassia and Angsana Residences, Phuket, showcased in Hong Kong this weekend

Cassia Residences Phuket

Hong Kong will be the first international market to host an exclusive property showcase for Singapore-based Banyan Tree Group’s latest lagoon and sea-front condominium properties in Phuket.

With airport arrivals to Phuket growing year-on-year, Banyan Tree are expanding their luxury residence offer with two new properties in the stunning Laguna Phuket on the West Coast beach to capture the calm and beauty for which Thailand is known, while maintaining easy access to the rest of the island and the airport. The first-look launch of the upcoming Cassia and Angsana Residences will be open to Hong Kong investors on the weekend of 4-5 November 2017, from 11am-6pm at the Conrad Hong Kong.

Both projects are located within the 1,000-acre Laguna Phuket – Asia’s premier integrated resort complex and home to an 18-hole golf course, award-winning spas, watersport facilities, a boutique shopping village and more than 30 bars and restaurants.

Designed with comfort and liveability in mind, units are styled to serve the needs of the modern homeowner. The first release of units come in two-bedroom (75 square metres / 807 square foot) and three-bedroom (119 square metres / 1,281 square foot) configurations.
