Party-goers in search of spirit-enlivening experiences must not miss the New Year’s Eve Countdown Party (from HKD398) at Ozone, where free flow Champagne packages magical DJ performances and laser shows among neon light décors set the mood to welcome in 2022. Ahead of countdown party officially kicking off, Ozone will first offer a glamourous buffet (from HKD998) fit for the New Year.
Tosca di Angelo – The Ritz Carlton Hong Kong
For New Year’s Eve, kitchens at Tosca di Angelo will be in full operation mode, offering diners a combination of excellent food and breath-taking views. Throughout the majestic 10-course dinner (from HKD3,888 per person), Chef Angelo’s nautical flair and Mediterranean character will shine through with dishes ranging from Hokkaido Scallop to Mediterranean Tuna. Italian at heart and in technique, the dinner exemplifies modern Italian cuisine, one that constantly innovates without losing its distinct identity.
Tin Lung Heen – The Ritz Carlton Hong Kong
Tin Lung Heen will present an exciting 6-Course set dinner (from HKD2,488) on New Year’s Eve. The Chef’s premium selection includes Drunken Sea Conch in Huadiao wine, Barbecued Iberian Pork with honey, and Deep-fried Crispy Beef Brisket with minced garlic. Following the starters will be Sautéed Garoupa Fillet with asparagus and X.O. chili sauce, Wok-fried Brown Fungus with braised e-fu noodles, all happily ending with traditional desserts: Chilled Mango Cream with Sago, as well as Pomelo and Baked Apple Puff with cinnamon.
Sunset Grill – Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung
With its outdoor terrace surrounding the mountains, Sunset Grill is the perfect venue for those who want to welcome 2022 with an bang. The New Year’s Eve countdown party will take place from 11:00pm to 2:00am, (HKD600 inclusive of two glasses of Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Champagne, canapés and a live DJ). Two-Michelin star L’Envol will offer a New Year’s Eve menu (from HKD5,288) that features seasonal ingredients and produce from Europe and Asia to refine and redefine the traditional tastes, textures and techniques of French cuisine. Chef Olivier Elzer invites diners to bid farewell to the year and welcome a new beginning with elevated winter favourites such as Ardèche Chestnut Velouté, Sliced Smoked Duck and White Truffle from Alba.

To celebrate the New Year, Chef Hung Chi Kwong at Rùn has created a Festive Dinner Menu (from HKD1,688) of winter warmer dishes including Crispy Seafood Toast in Lobster Broth with Caviar, Braised Sea Cucumber with Spring Onion, and Chilled Silkie Chicken Roll with Spicy Sauce; all served within the stylish setting of Rùn which resembles a contemporary tea pavilion.
