Sinclair is pleased to announce that ALTO, a contemporary grill set to breathtaking views of Hong Kong’s world-famous Victoria Harbour, has come on board as a client.

Helmed by Chef Michael Boyle, who has international experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, the menu of carefully sourced, seasonal ingredients features an eclectic mix of dishes with subtle French and Asian influence.

The design vision of internationally acclaimed Tom Dixon’s Design Research Studio, the sophisticated restaurant is situated on the top floor of Causeway Bay’s new V Point building.
