Above & Beyond, Hong Kong’s iconic Chinese fine dining institution, has appointed Sinclair as its Integrated PR agency partner.
Located in Tsim Tsa Tsui East on Hotel ICON’s 28th floor, Above & Beyond was designed by the world-famous Conran & Partners to complement the breathtaking panoramic views of Victoria Harbour. The authentic Chinese restaurant features seasonal Cantonese dishes from Executive Chef Paul Tsui in addition to a selection of favourites inspired by Chinese cuisine from around the region. Some signature dishes include Wok-fried Wagyu Beef Cubes with Green Apple, Mustard and Wasabi and Wok-fried Lobster with Egg White and Black Truffles.
Above & Beyond celebrates Hong Kong culture, cuisine and design. The intimate restaurant and its lauded modern Chinese menu have been rewarded with accolades including three Michelin Guide ‘fork-and-spoons’ in 2016 and a title as one of Condé Nast Traveller UK’s best new restaurants.
