We are looking for a Public Relations Insights & Analytics Specialist/ Researcher to help us to deliver top-notch analytics and insight reports for our clients. In this exciting new role, you will showcase your awesome research and data analysis skills to our team of communications experts on a daily basis.
- Collect market information and data through a variety of sources and deliver strategical, insightful and actionable measurement reports for clients with minimal supervision
- Analyze data sets and present useful information and recommendations
- Monitor and evaluate digital and social media conversation in coordination with client and account teams
- Manage media news clippings and compile analysis reports
- Demonstrate a strong interest in and understanding of communications measurement metrics and trends
- Consult with account leads on project developments, timelines, and results
- Suggest opportunities and propose new innovative approaches to analytics and measurement
- Proven experience in market research and digital analytics or related field; preferred 2-3 years agency experience preferred
- Strong understanding of analytical skills and statistical techniques
- Proficient in using Microsoft Suite and Chinese typing
- Experienced in using platforms or software such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, Talkwalker, SocialBakers, Meltwater and Wisers is a plus
- Well-organized, with high attention to detail and be a stickler for accuracy
- A strong command of English and Chinese to deal with our multi-lingual team
