We are currently looking for Creative & Design Intern to join our dynamic team. As an intern, you will become part of a young, diverse team of the best PR minds in the city. We are excited to nurture upcoming creative design talent by offering opportunities for students who are interested in developing their career in the Design field.

As a Creative & Design Intern, you will be working directly with our creative and design team to build upon our internal and external projects. At Sinclair, you will gain exposure to brand strategy, social campaigns, web design, and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Create and design clear engaging graphic communications for digital and print. This will include website and social media graphics, powerpoint presentations, and other materials as needed
• Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline
• Retouch and manipulate images
• Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media
• Assemble final presentation material for printing as needed
• Assist the Content team for the projects from conceptual development, artwork design to campaign launch
• Event photo-shooting, video taking and editing
• Stay current on creative and technological trends and apply them
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Undergraduate students in Graphic Design or related fields
• Excellent and efficient oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English
• Motivated, responsible, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, able to work with minimal direction
• High level of attention to details and accuracy, strong work ethic, and high level of professionalism
• Excellent design skills and strong ability to come up with creative design concepts
• Familiar with motion graphics and video editing
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Prioritize and multi-task effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with and understanding of design best practices for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
• Proactive, creative, enthusiastic team player
• Immediately available and full-time Intern is preferred
