We are seeking an Assistant – Administration & Monitoring who has a positive outlook and a ‘can-do’ attitude to support our fast-growing team in Hong Kong. Your objective is two-fold: assist our Talent & Operations to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and support our client servicing teams with daily research, data input, and monitoring reports. It is essential that you are a morning person, and able to get to work in the office to tight timelines to deliver client reports on time, every time.

Responsibilities

  • Administration: Support general office operations and administration, including greeting guests at the front desk and ad hoc delivery to partner offices
  • Human Resources: Support the HR and recruitment process
  • IT: Liaise with IT vendors to ensure full functionality of office IT setup
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Prepare and manage daily monitoring reports to clients
  • Data Entry: Input data and compile monthly reports
  • Research: Conduct desktop research and compile findings

Requirements

  • You are a morning person
  • Strong work ethic and reliable
  • At least 2 years relevant administration or data entry experience
  • Exceptional quality data input and high typing speed in English and Chinese
  • Excellent interpersonal communications and writing skills
  • Work well under pressure, handling tight deadlines and juggling multiple projects at a time
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Holder of Permanent HK ID card or legally eligible to work in Hong Kong
  • A sense of humour!
