Finance Executive/Assistant Manager

We’re on the lookout for a multi-tasking, problem solving, details-focused Finance Executive/Assistant Manager. You’ll be joining an organically growing team to support key daily operations in a friendly and fast-paced environment.

As a Finance Executive/Assistant Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting daily finance activities including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Preparing full set of accounts
  • Ensuring timely processing of clients’ invoices, expense claims and ensure payments are properly made according to company policies
  • Processing accruals and journal vouchers
  • Reconciliation of monthly bank statements
  • Reconciliation of vendor statements, ledger and accounts. You’ll also voice out irregularities if identified and propose solutions
  • Preparing pricing summary reports
  • Performing ad hoc assignments as needed


  • You’ll need a diploma or LCC Higher Certificate in Accounting or a related discipline
  • 4 years of similar experience, preferably in accounting
  • You’re experienced in reviewing and managing pricing and costing
  • You’re a natural problem solver with excellent analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Efficient spoken and written communication skills in English and Chinese
  • You’re well organised, with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • You’re helpful, cheerful and an enthusiastic team player
