Our strategy has been a success, with an employee retention rate of over 90%, alongside a growth in the team by over 60% in the last year alone. An example of how we build careers is our very own Holly Chan. Holly joined Sinclair as a new graduate five years ago, and this year was recognized as one of the industry’s most exciting up and coming talents, awarded by Young PR Professional of the Year at the PRPA awards 2017 and Rising Star at PR Awards 2017. She is now a Senior Account Manager, leading some of the agency’s key accounts while training up the next generation of PRs.
